Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Shipping is a flat rate of $6 per order, excluding any promotional or free shipping offers. We ship through USPS and will provide a tracking number (if applicable) once the order is shipped. All items are securely packaged based on fragility, and we promise to do everything we can to make sure that you order gets to you in top shape.
Currently we can only ship stock items domestically to the US. If there is somewhere else you need us to ship to, please contact us and let us know! If we get enough demand from an area to justify cost, we will expand our shipping parameters accordingly.
As for custom items, please submit an order inquiry on the contact page and shipping costs will be included in the estimations. Because these are on a case-by-case basis and we can discuss shipping costs directly, we have a little more leeway in where we can accommodate.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer returns for undamaged stock orders within 30 days of ordering. After you return has been processed, you will be offered a full refund via your preferred payment method.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please let us know and we will be more than happy to either offer you a full refund or replacement item.
